Gravity Shift: Cyber Protocol
Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-05

This policy explains what data the game "Gravity Shift: Cyber Protocol" ("the game") collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

  • Account data (optional): if you sign in, your email address, a display name, and an account ID from Firebase Authentication.
  • Game data: level progress, stars, scores, leaderboard entries, settings and cosmetic choices.
  • Social data: friends, friend requests, challenges and notifications you send or receive, and blocked users.
  • Purchase data: if you buy Premium, Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase token and your plan status to verify the purchase. We never see your card details.
  • Advertising data (Android, free version): the game shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to serve and measure ads, and to limit fraud.
  • Technical data: standard connection data (such as IP address) processed by our service providers when the game connects to the internet.

How we use it

  • To save and sync your progress and show leaderboards.
  • To provide friends, challenges and notifications.
  • To verify purchases and unlock Premium.
  • To show ads in the free version and reward you for watching an optional rewarded ad (for example, to unlock a hint).
  • To prevent abuse and keep the game working.

We do not sell your personal data. Premium removes ads.

Advertising and consent

Where required (for example in the EEA and UK), the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalised or the advertising ID is used. You can change your choice in your device's Settings > Google > Ads, where you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation. Learn more in Google's advertising policy and Google's privacy policy.

Service providers

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database) - account and game data storage.
  • Google AdMob - advertising and consent management.
  • Google Play Billing - purchases.
  • Cloudflare - server-side purchase verification.

What other players can see

Your display name, scores and leaderboard rank are visible to other players. Your email address is not shown to other players.

Retention and account deletion

Data is kept while your account exists.

Delete in the game: open Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently erases your account, progress, published chambers, leaderboard entries, replays and friend data from our servers and from your device.

Delete by email: if you cannot access the game, email support@sindielabs.dev from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will delete your data.

Purchase records held by Google Play are managed by Google. Uninstalling the game removes local data from your device only.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
